We have an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the soap molds within 30-days and we will refund, replace or exchange them for you. No questions asked.

To return an item for an exchange or a refund. Please indicate if you would like a return or exchange and the reason for your return on the back of a copy of your invoice. Please repack your order, enclose the invoice and return it to us.

We will refund the value of the item(s) and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
