Adapted from a historic Japanese cherry blossom heraldic crest. Heraldic crests were used to identify one another in battle, and later for decorative purposes, such as adding beauty to kimonos.

This mold has two cavities which will cast 1x4 break-away chocolate bars which easily snap into convenient bite-size pieces.
