Chocolate Covered Oreos Tutorial: Top Off Mold

Top Off the Mold

Pour the chocolate over the embedded Oreo®, completely filling the mold, and covering the cookie.

Tap the mold onto the table to settle the chocolate, and remove any trapped air.
